Here are a few, quick, super easy, minimal ingredient recipes for a homemade deodorant in various blends!
____________
I've personally heard numerous counts of women & men switching their over the counter deodorants to a 100% plant-based concoction with subtle, yet powerful health benefits.
THESE BENEFITS INCLUDE
Less sweating where applied
Less body odor (B.O)
Neutralizes pH of glands & skin
Promotes healthy circulation
Aids in detoxification of lymph glands
Helps eliminate toxin build up over time
Which we can all agree,
makes an unhappy pit definitely happier.

I DO NOT HAVE THESE INGREDIENTS?
Don't own or have access to these ingredients below? Simply smearing some coconut oil (by itself or with added essential oils) works wonders.
Also
Try a zero waste approach by patting down a dime size amount of aluminum-free Sodium bicarbonate to the arm pits, or anywhere else with unpleasant odors.
HERE ARE THE 4 QUICK DEODORANT RECIPES
1) Pit Paste
2) Solid Deodorant
3) Spray Deodorant
4) Roll On Deodorant
P.S. my current favorite is the paste & the spray! But all work wonderfully! If you do not have the ingredients, I sell most of these types of deodorants!

HOW TO IMPROVE THE PERFORMANCE OF NATURAL DEODORANTS
Allow a few weeks for body to acclimate to new, natural personal care routines.
It is very healthy to scrub your pits regularly to rid of any excess dead skin cells & bacteria.
After your shower you can lightly pat a small portion of 3/4 water & 1/4 apple cider vinegar (AVC).
The ACV is a wonderful cleanser, and regulates the pH of your skin & within.
It will also act as a clean slate for you to use your deodorant (pit paste, solid, spray, or roll-on)
