HAWAI'I TAXES â–¸ Only Hawai'i residents will be charged 4% for tax purposes! This will be added to your shipping total.
ORDER CANCELLATIONâ–¸ If you would like to cancel your order, please message me within 24 hours!
Returns & Exchanges
Mission ― At Prana Potions Apothecary, if for whatever reasons you are unsatisfied with your product, I’ll happily receive your honest feedback and attempt to resolve any issues you might have.
Refunds ― If there is ever a problem with your order, please message me as soon as possible. I offer two choices: a full refund on the item/order (excluding shipping cost) or store credit towards your next purchase from my shop! If any glass items break during transit, please send me a photo of the damage & I will send in a replacement asap.
Returns & Exchanges ― I do NOT accept exchanges or returns for sanitary reasons. however, Exchanges/returns (might) be available if items are unused, untouched and sealed in its original packaging. Simply message me! Thanks for understanding!
Shipping details
All Orders ― All orders ship 1-5 days after your order is placed (excluding Holidays & Sundays). Mahalo for your patience! Each order comes wrapped up with eco-friendly, recyclable packaging; utilizing recycled materials to help reduce our carbon footprint. We do not add packing receipt slips (just ask!). We encourage others to reuse the packaging materials.
U.S. Orders ― Orders placed within the US typically arrive in 3-7 business days after shipment. We ship using USPS First Class & Priority Mail with tracking info sent to your email. Message us if you would like insurance with your order or a packing receipt slip. All shipping overages will be refunded to you if exceeding more than $1.
International Orders ― All international orders are shipped via USPS First Class International. After shipment, parcels take anywhere from 1-2+ weeks to arrive. Contact me prior to ordering for an exact shipping cost. Thank you for being so patient! All shipping overages will be refunded to you if exceeding more than $1. Note: International buyers are responsible for any and all duties, customs charges & fees that may be incurred, including wholesale orders. If there are any issues with your order, please message us!
Incorrect Order ― I’m a one-woman show here and I am just as human as everyone else: If I made a mistake & your order isn’t correct, please send me a photo & we’ll resolve the issue.
Lost Parcels ― If an item is lost during transit, (which happens rarely) please contact me within 20 days. If the parcel does not end up at your destination after 30 days, a replacement can be discussed. Refunds are also available upon request.
Reactions ― I understand in rare cases there can be reactions. If so please contact me within 3 days of receiving your item & we will figure this out together!

Price Fluctuation ― Our prices are subject to change based on the current batch, the seasons, ingredients and of course time & labor. Each batch is different from the last, making each piece a limited edition item. Prices also change when there is a sale event!

Our makeup is primal; an old art of the ancients. The difference is in the ingredients! A PRODUCT HAS A SLIGHT GRAINY TEXTURE
If you noticed one of your products with slight grainy texture, this is because our products contain 100% plant powders that are ground & sifted by hand. Crafted out of high-quality herbs, roots, unrefined shea butter, un-coated non-nano zinc oxide, mushrooms & flowers; a little residual plant matter/graininess may be present. ♡ If so simply wipe / brush off / rub in! It's that simple!
HOW TO MAKE THE MAKEUP STAY ON LONGER
Our plant-based makeup stays on much longer with the help of using our unique Makeup products such as our: Primer Balm or Coverage Crème. Have oily skin? Apply our Foundation Powder or Translucent Silk to minimize smearing & provide a matte finish. Our Makeup balms are uniquely formulated to be ultra repairing, anti-inflammatory, antimicrobial & rich in antioxidants; all designed to help heal & nourish your beautiful skin.
WHAT IS ZINC OXIDE & WHY DO WE USE IT?
The only "SPF" we use in our products is 100% natural un-coated, non-nano & high-quality zinc oxide. The best zinc oxide on the market. "Non-nano" means it won't sink past the epidermis, entering the bloodstream! Zinc oxide is an antioxidant & trace mineral that heals the body from irritations, inflammation & rashes by increasing collagen turnover. It absorbs both UVA & UVB rays! This "SPF" offers a natural amount of buildable coverage when utilized in skin care products such as makeup. You may request for NO zinc oxide if you desire. Our 100% natural zinc oxide products are totally safe for the reefs and our ocean friends!

I must say, we are different. Our concoctions are hand blended with raw, high quality, organic ingredients & free of ANY toxic chemicals or artificial preservatives. Our only natural preservatives are the antimicrobial herbs and essential oils, non-GMO Vitamin E oil & non-GMO Leucidal liquid (100% Natural Fermented radish roots!)
Our, hydro-sprays, oils, serums, butters & balms maintain optimum freshness for at least 6-10+ months after shipment, some for even a year or two. Please note: I am not responsible for the temperature & conditions of international shipping. Products are best kept fresh when away from extreme temperatures, bright sunlight & humidity to obtain maximum freshness. Use it like you would treat your food & dig in!

We only source the best therapeutic grade essential oil from small suppliers, some organic & even reiki infused. No artificial ingredients, nor toxic chemicals ever go near our products.
